Community Service Committee Goals:
Schedule and coordinate projects that satisfy the Six Areas of Focus* of Rotary service and genuinely help those in our community who are most in need.
Involve every member of the Club in at least one project this year. Assure that each project has an adequate number of volunteers.
Research each project thoroughly and well in advance to define the needs and expectations of the recipients, as well as the member volunteers.
Promote and communicate each project clearly to the club members, and make it easy to register. Follow up with reminders as the event approaches.
Involve more new members on the committee to get them involved in Rotary.
Invite and include non-Rotarians and Rotaract members to club events to expose them to Rotary.
