Dr. Shirin Tahir-Kheli is a Senior Fellow, Foreign Policy Institute at Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies. She has served in the U.S. State Department as a senior advisor to the Secretary of State and played a key role in policy formulation toward UN Reform in support of Empowerment of Women. She was named by Newsweek in 2011 as one of the "150 women Who Shake the World."
