Doreen Fox Kelsey, Rotary District 5520 Governor for 2017-2018, is a member of the Rotry Club of Albuquerque Del Sol and has been a Rotarian since 1996. She served twice as president of the Rotary Club of Spokane (WA) Hillyard, and most recently as president of the Albuquerque Del Sol Rotary Club (2015-2016). Doreen's passion is the Rotary Foundation, focusing on fund development and humanitarian service projects. She served as the District 5080 Foundation Committee Chair and was a frequent workshop leader for the Pacific Northwest PETS covering multiple districts. In her professional life, Doreen is vice president and branch manager for the Los Alamos National Bank in Albuquerque.
